Are Dysport & Wrinkle Relaxers painful?
Dysport cosmetic is generally well-tolerated by most patients and is known for being a minimally invasive procedure. Most patients report slight pressure or a pinch sensation during the injections; though individual reactions can vary. During the procedure, your comfort is our priority and among other things, we use topical anesthetics and ultra-fine needles to ensure that.
How many appointments will I need?
Depending on various factors such as the extent of the treatment and requirements of the outcome, the number of appointments for our Dysport treatment in patients will vary. Typically, only one appointment is needed with a follow-up if necessary.
Since this is not a long-term treatment option, if you find your results desirable, we recommend touch-ups every three to six months.
How long until I see results?
Typically, it takes one to two weeks to see the full impact of a Dysport & Wrinkle Relaxers treatment. We would recommend until the end of week two to make an assessment of the outcome of your treatment.
Standard treatment of Dysport injections will typically last up to four months, although some patients have seen longer-lasting results than that. If you wish to maintain your appearance, touch-ups are recommended.
Can I combine my Dysport treatment with other procedures?
Yes, you can! In fact, it is recommended to combine treatments to double the impact of results. Some individuals choose to combine Dysport & Wrinkle Relaxers with other facial aesthetic treatments such as Lip Fillers, other Dermal Fillers, or Chemical Peels.
